To be successful you have to push yourself to limits you never thought we’re possible.
• You must be able to talk yourself down from putting that ice cream or cookie in your mouth. • be willing to push yourself for a solid 2-3 months and give up those sugars, fats and high carb goodies to achieve your goals. • Whatever your goal is, it is on you to make them happen. It comes with a little sacrifice but the rewards are well worth it. • I have learned that eating healthier and allowing one cheat meal a week can reset the way you think about food. It can also allow you to better appreciate those yummy foods we all love to indulge in.
• Learning to indulge in moderation is a lesson we can all benefit from. • I am beyond thankful to have been pary of this gentlemen’s journey. His progress is phenomenal and he still carriers on with his plan to this day. So proud of what he has accomplished!
